For the past eight years, heritage artists, performers, musicians, and dancers along with businesses and organizations from the Tri-State area and beyond have celebrated their culture at the festival. The vision of the festival creators is to provide a venue for the community to show pride in their heritage and to share a rich culture of Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union. This fall, the Russian Mosaica Heritage Festival will be held on Sunday, September 19th at Penn’s Landing Great Plaza in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from noon until 6 pm.
