The Russian Mosaic Festival, organized by the Philadelphia Russian-American Chamber of Commerce, is packed with music and entertainment, including original folk, classical, and ballroom dance performances. Russian, Jewish, Georgian, Moldavian and Middle Asian cuisine is offered, and traditional Russian crafts - wood carvings, paintings, jewelry, needlework, and photography - are also available. The festival is part of the PECO Multicultural Series, held on the Great Plaza as Penn's Landing on Columbus Boulevard and Chestnut Street.
